In fact, attorney Herman J. Marino has been practicing law for nearly 40 years, with an additional 10 years of experience in public accounting. Mr. Marino is a financial planner and has also passed the Illinois CPA examination in 1980 (but is not licensed or registered in any state,) and has a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) in taxation and is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
